- General: No batonnage performed here.
- In vintage 2007: (per Burghound): targeting a free SO2 level of 35 to 40 ppm along with completely untreated corks and wax capsules. (NB. Its not clear precisely when this started)
- In vintage 2010: (per Burghound): has switched diameter on corks from 24mm to 25mm; continues to bottle at 35 to 40 ppm of free SO2
- In vintage 2015: (per Wiliam Kelley of Wine Advocate): now bottling with target free SO2 level of 55 ppm
