  * In vintage 2010: Free SO2 target at bottling is 35 ppm; also uses approximately 800 mg of CO2 (which is much higher than most producers -- see Le Moine for another example)
  * In vintage 2017: (per William Kelley of the Wine Advocate) Ballot Millot now has a target of 40 ppm of free SO2

===== 2009 =====

  * **Meursault–Genèvrières** (Aug. 2018 – Jul. 2019): 3 btls not oxidized. Lovely wine with a gorgeous nose & an exotic but not over–the–top palate of tropical fruits & citrus zest. From a lot of 3 purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2011. [Rayner Cheung]
  * **Meursault–Perrières** (Oct. 2018 – Oct. 2019): 3 btls not oxidized. Another lovely wine, here with a classic Perrières nose of smokey flintiness & orchard fruits on the palate beautifully balanced by minerality. From a lot of 3 purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2011. [Rayner Cheung]

  * **Meursault–Perrières** (Jan. 2020 – May 2020): 1 btl oxidized + 2 btls not oxidized. The good btls had a subtly delicate bouquet of white flowers & peach, & tasted quite young & minerally. From 3 btls purchased at retail in Hong Kong in Sep. 2014. [Rayner Cheung]

  * **Meursault–Perrières** (Jun. 2020 – Feb. 2021): 3 btls not oxidized. Pale yellow gold color. Reticient nose only showing hints of citrus & popcorn. Youthfully lean on the palate. Best decanted. From 3 btls purchased at retail in Hong Kong in Jun. 2015. [Rayner Cheung]

  * **Meursault–Perrières** (Apr. 2021 – Aug. 2022): 2 btls not oxidized. Outstanding wine with thrilling nose & beautiful palate. A far cry from the unbalanced, insipid 2011's.  From 2 btls purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2016. [Rayner Cheung]
  * **Meursault–Charmes** (Nov. 2021): 1 btl not oxidized. Lovely, but a little fatter than the Perrières. Purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2016. [Rayner Cheung]
  * **Meursault–Genèvrières** (Mar. 2022) 1 btl not oxidized. Lovely orchard fruits & orange blossom in the nose. More dry on the palate than the nose would have suggested, with the lush fruit beautifully balanced by mineral nuances. Purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2016. [Rayner Cheung]

  * **Meursault–Charmes** (Jan. 2023): 1 btl prematurely oxidized. Nose largely fine, but somewhat flat on the palate & tasting of dried peaches, getting worse with air. Purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa Feb. 2017. [Rayner Cheung]

  * **Meursault–Charmes** (Mar. 2023): 1 btl not oxidized. Fabulous wine, still quite youthful in color. Sensational mineralité in the nose overlaying strong hints of tropical fruit. Excellent weight & mouthfeel, with palpable tension between the mineral elements & the sumptuous fruit. Purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa Sep. 2018. [Rayner Cheung]
  * **Meursault–Genèvrières** (Aug. 2023 – Mar. 2025): 3 btls not oxidized. Appropriately pale to medium gold. 1st btl more taut than the Charmes & showing less fruit in the nose & on the palate, but 2nd btl (May 2024) opened up beautifully in the glass. Final btl (Mar. 2025) was stunning. Floral elegance marks both the nose & the palate. Decanting optional. From 3 btls purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa Oct. 2018. [Rayner Cheung]
